Return Policy (Guidelines)
If you wish to return a product purchased from MNR Controllers, please follow these guidelines:
- Notify MNR Controllers of the return along with the reason via the form on the customer service page or by emailing info@modsandrepairs.com.
- Pack the product carefully, preferably in the original packaging, with a sturdy box around it for shipping.
- Do not place extra stickers, tape, or similar items on the original packaging of the product you wish to return.
- Always send the package with sufficient postage to MNR Controllers. We will not accept packages that are insufficiently paid or sent cash on delivery.
- In the following cases, you can claim the shipping costs (up to a maximum of €13) from us afterward:
- We have delivered a different product than you ordered.
- There is a defect within the warranty period and our warranty terms.
- You, as the sender, are responsible for any damage to the product until it arrives at our location.
- Note: If the product is valuable, we recommend shipping it insured.
Right of Withdrawal
If you want to return a product under the right of withdrawal, you must follow the guidelines above, along with the following:
- The product must be returned complete, meaning all accessories, cables, manuals, etc., must be included in the original packaging.
- If any damage is found to the product, a reduction in value may be charged.
- A reduction in value due to usage beyond what is permitted in a physical store may also be charged.
- Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment the carrier delivers the product to you or a third party designated by you.
- Business customers do not have a right of withdrawal.
- For specific products, the right of withdrawal may be refused. Examples include software that requires activation via a license or sealed, limited-edition products with a unique collector’s number.
